1. Exterior Design and Aesthetics

Each caravan is designed to blend naturally with its surroundings while offering a modern and stylish appearance.
All exterior finishes must be chosen exclusively from the premium materials and design options we offer on our website.

This ensures a cohesive, elegant, and high-quality architectural look throughout the park.
We offer a variety of exterior finishes and detailing options to help you express your style — while ensuring the overall concept remains consistent.

In private gardens that are not visible from the main road, you are free to create your own designs.
However, green lawn fences between properties are mandatory.
We do not recommend heavy elements such as stone walls, as they disrupt the natural feel of the park.

2. Caravan Options

We offer four comfortable caravan models, each tailored to different needs:

Tip:  You can personalize your living space with a variety of extra features and upgrades we have carefully curated.

3. Electricity and Safety

• Only electric stoves are allowed in the homes. This is our choice to ensure safety and minimize fire risks.

• Gas-powered appliances (stoves, heaters, cylinders, etc.) are strictly prohibited indoors.
  For those who prefer using gas, we provide designated outdoor cooking areas with safe gas setups.

• All safety systems, including smoke detectors and other equipment, are installed with our approved, high-quality brands to guarantee your peace of mind.

4. Gardens and Shared Spaces

• Green lawn fences must be installed between gardens, with costs shared between neighbors.

• Inside your private, non-visible garden areas, you are free to decorate as you wish.

• For barbecues or other garden structures, we offer safe, nature-friendly solutions that align with the park’s concept.

5. Roads and Access

• Each homeowner is responsible for building their own access road (20–25 meters long) in line with the concept’s design guidelines.

• We ensure that natural, visually pleasing materials are used, so the overall park aesthetic remains consistent.

6. Nature and Environmental Care

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the forest areas, but you can enjoy smoking on your private balcony.

• Please do not discard cigarette butts or waste into nature.

• Vaping is allowed.

• Violations of our nature protection principles are subject to a £50 fine.

7. Security and Privacy

• The 15,000 m² residential area is monitored by 24/7 security cameras, while the surrounding 10 km² forest area is also monitored for environmental protection.

• Indoor areas are never monitored. Privacy is one of our core values.

• Indoor cameras for caregiving purposes can only be installed by our team and with written consent.

8. Daily Support Services

• Upon request, we provide wake-up calls, medication reminders, and small daily assistance to suit your personal needs.

• All services are customized to enhance your comfort and ease of living.

9. Easy Transportation

• During summer, shuttle services to Kalkan run every hour, and during winter, every two hours.

• A public bus stop is located just a 5-minute walk from the park.

10. Health and Emergency Services

• A hospital and Sarıbelen Health Center are located nearby.

• Our staff are trained in basic first aid, but they are not doctors or nurses.

• In emergencies, we will arrange immediate transportation to the nearest health center.

• Our 24/7 helpline is available for all urgent and non-urgent needs.
